Currently we do not provide online payment system. It's our future plan. Though you can pay via online transfer through Bank and eSewa. We will be sending your order for delivery after the completion of the transaction and reception of total amount in below Bank account or eSewa ID.

Yes, Vista Traders Pvt. Ltd. has its own physical store too at Chyasal - 9, Lalitpur, Nepal. You can visit our physical store too view the products.
If it is not possible to visit the physical store then as an online eCommerce store all of our products can be viewed online too. Our website has a zoom-in feature and exchange policy to ensure have informed and easy purchase experience.
We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly. Any products that mishap should not be thrown away but photo should be taken of the affected product as a proof and the photo should be emailed along with your Delivery Order to us at [email protected].
We regret to inform you that no refunds will be given for orders that fall under the below categories:
- In the event of damaged products received, we will require photo proof of the affected samples and your Delivery Order in order for us to investigate and review before a decision is made to re-send the product to you at no cost, subject to availability.
- In the event of lost mail, we will try to locate the delivery team and if there's a clear indication that your order is indeed lost, we'll re-send the order to you at no cost, subject to availability.
Yes, we do provide VAT invoices (bills) for every purchased products and services. Bills will be delivered along with the purchased items and services. If you need VAT invoice in the name of company, then please provide full company name and PAN at Company name (optional) filed during checkout under billing details.
